Home Information Packs Hips
are now a legal requirement for anyone looking to sell their
property. The intention of the pack is to speed up the sale process
by including many of the legal documents at the outset
including searches, evidence of title, leasehold documents if
applicable and a Property Information Questionnaire. Also
included is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which shows
the current and potential energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of the
property. We offer two options for our Home Information Packs -
Pay Upfront for £325 plus vat, or our Free HIP offering Free HIPs

Instruct us to market your property on a Sole or Multi agency basis, and we can provide you with our Free Hip package. Order the Hip through us with no upfront payment needed from you. Use our Conveyancers and when we complete on a sale, we will pay for the pack (£375+vat) for you. However, if the property does not sell within 12 months of continuous marketing, you still have nothing to pay. So whatever happens, using our Free Hip option will save you hundreds of pounds!
Please add £25 plus vat to the above prices for leasehold properties. Further charges for unregistered properties may be incurred. If the property is removed from the market and unsold within the initial 12 month period, then the full cost of the Hip becomes due
